- Wear retainer as directed by Dr. Rarrick
- ALWAYS place retainer in the case (not in a napkin or pocket).
- Keep retainer away from pets (especially dogs, they love to chew on them).
- Avoid exposing your retainer to extreme temperatures
- Clean your retainer on a daily basis using cool water and a toothbrush and toothpaste.
- Bring your retainer to each appointment
- Please call our office immediately if you lose or break your retainer.
