On the above days, our offices are open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. When we are closed, our answering system can assist you.

Scheduling

Patients are seen on an appointment-only basis. All appointments vary in length from a few minutes to two hours. Although we consider both work and school schedules, it is necessary to schedule patients during these periods at various times.

Free Initial Exam

At your first appointment, we will ask you for your completed patient information sheet, which was mailed to you. A health history will be taken, and Dr. Rarrick will perform a thorough oral examination. He will discuss your need for treatment, possible types of treatment, and the approximate length and fee for treatment.

Diagnostic Records

Orthodontic records (x-rays and photographs) are necessary before any treatment can start since they allow Dr. Rarrick to predict growth, evaluate available space, measure the relationship between the upper and lower jaws, and more. We use the latest technology for your comfort and convenience. Our new digital equipment is faster, safer, and more efficient.

Insurance Information

We work with many insurance companies to maximize your benefits. Your insurance coverage may or may not include benefits for services rendered in our office. The benefits you may receive are in accordance with the contract you or your employer purchased from the insurance company. Regardless of insurance coverage, the patient is responsible for the fees incurred. As a courtesy to our patients, we will assist you in filing your insurance claim so you may recover the insurance money due to you.
